Kipp & Zonen's 2AP TRACKER is an all-weather, reliable and affordable tracking and positioning instrument. It is used to accurately point small and medium sized payloads, either as a dedicated Suntracker or as a computer-based positioner.

TES.POD unit 2

DESCRIPTION

Azelio’s TES.POD provides a unique solution to long-duration energy storage. An aluminum alloy is heated up to just under 600°C. When power is required heat is transferred to a Stirling engine through a heat transfer fluid. The Stirling engine can then provide 13 hours of electricity at continuous operating power - and heat between 55-65C on demand.

Solar Beam Down

DESCRIPTION

A 20-metre-high tower is surrounded by a solar field of 33 heliostat mirrors in three concentric rings, which adjust their angle to track the movement of the sun while directing the reflected light to the top of the tower. Lining the top of the tower is a 45-mirror array that redirects the light from the heliostats towards a receiver at the towerÂ’s base.

DESCRIPTION

Solar Invictus parabolic sun dish system

DESCRIPTION

The Solar Dish tracks the sun throughout the day, focusing sunlight into a small sunspot with an average concentration of 2500 times the power of the sun. We can integrate a range of energy absorption units ranging from thermal receivers to HCPV and Stirling engines to effectively use concentrated sunlight produced by the sundish
